VRRRM for Consumers

Welcome to the VRRRM application center for consumers. Currently, the Consumer section of VRRRM.org includes information on the High-Emitter Replace or Scrap (HEROS) program and the VRRRM Repair Program.

NOTE: Effective March 01, 2012, the VRRRM for HEROS Program has suspended accepting new applications until further notice. However, you may be eligible for the HEROS 2 Program.

The VRRRM for CAP program will resume operations effective 02/01/2012 and will continue operations as long as funding is available. As of 02/01/2012 you may begin repairing vehicles under the VRRRM for CAP program.


 

 



 

The project was made possible by a grant from the Reformulated Gasoline Settlement Fund. Created as a result of an antitrust class action, the purpose of the Fund is to achieve a clean air or fuel efficiency benefit for California consumers.
